The first VCCC Alliance Impact Report was completed in 2024. Impact of the VCCC Alliance - Creating the building blocks for better long term cancer outcomes was prepared for the Alliance by the Centre for International Economics, a private economic research agency.
The report focuses on the VCCC Alliance's key areas of impact since 2021 and involved interviews with more than 60 stakeholders. It involved a detailed review of data and input from stakeholders, including VCCC Alliance staff, Research and Education Leads, researchers, clinicians, consumer representatives, health equity advocates, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, regional providers, and government and non-government entities in the Victorian cancer system.
